While the quintessential form of raw denim was always marked by a signature “leg twist” due to the denim fabric following the direction of the weave, the launch of Levi’s Engineered as a more modern division of Levi’s took denim design in new directions. For their 10th anniversary, Levi’s Engineered has sourced Wilfrid Wood to create a three-pack of The Twisted Originals characters as a play on Levi’s Engineered’s “twisted” characteristic. As you would imagine, the personalities are a bit on the quirky side as they each feature a different cut of the twisted denim. 30 cm (approximately 11.8 in) will be seen in select stores alongside images and window display cutouts. However, The Twisted Originals in a set measuring 2 m (approximately 78.7 in) tall will also make rounds across the UK with toys also set to be unveiled.
